End My Life Or Make A Difference

Colour // Synesthesia Beige

Jeanne, a chameleon of art and empathy, has worn many hats in her quest to make a difference in the world. From kindergarten teacher and actress to mental and confidence coach.

She is a beacon of hope and resilience, guiding people through the darkness and illuminating their path ahead.

“At 26, I stood at a crossroads: to end my life or make a difference”

She had endured the depths of despair and refused to let anyone else suffer the same fate.

Lacking the resources for therapy, she became her own therapist. Guiding herself from the precipice of self-destruction to a place of hope and resilience.

“I didn’t know the depths of my pain and the darkness that enveloped me. I knew only that it was uncomfortable, a weight that I carried with me.

Depression remained a foreign concept, a word that seemed too heavy to apply to my experience. It was a journey of self-discovery, a path strewn with uncertainty and confusion.

I should have seen a therapist and if I could go back in time, I would certainly do so.

When I was depressed, I started drawing. I needed an outlet that I could relate to and divert my focus to my mood board in an artistic way.

I have also shared the mood boards with my friends. One of them was so focused that she spent eight hours straight working on it. It helped her to shift her focus away from her troubles.

I truly know how that feels to not be heard, to feel the burden and to over-explain, repeatedly. Your friends heard it all, and nobody can help you.”

Jeanne’s sanctuary is the “Deep Talk Cafe” podcast and in-person meet-up, where people in pain find comfort in sharing their stories and connecting with others who understand.

Her vision is for therapy to be as common as sipping morning coffee, and for opening up about one’s emotional state to be as natural as breathing.

“That’s my purpose, I want them to feel and know it’s normal to seek help or therapy and to open up about one’s emotional state to be as natural as breathing. There is nothing to be afraid of, share openly without being judged.”

“If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the moment.” –  Laozi

“There is at least one person who could miss you. admire you or find you inspiring. You probably don’t even know who that person is. You owe it to them to keep going so that they can keep going.

And if you can’t find them, please reach out to me.”

Jeanne has the remarkable gift of Synesthesia. A bridge between her senses and emotions.

She perceives voices in vibrant colours, and emotions manifest as tangible patterns and structures. Her mission is to share this extraordinary ability with others, forging connections on profound and unique levels.

Jeanne has crafted a transformative 12-week program to help others find their true self.

She guides participants on a journey of self-discovery, confidence building, and dream chasing.

With poetic grace and an unwavering mission, Jeanne reminds us that we are not an island, but a collective sea of support.
